Hey glow babes, my name is Hellana, I am a freelance makeup artist based in Melbourne working primarily from my home studio. 

I would like to introduce myself, my passion as well welcome you to my Glow Room. I opened this home studio up in 2017. This space has been my expression of beauty and creativity as well as home to all my glow goals ever since. A place where I have been able meet and work with so many beautiful faces and welcome you all to get glam with me for all of your special occasions.
 

I have been working as a makeup artist since 2010, beginning my journey with Benefit Cosmetics for two years then moving over to M.A.C cosmetics for five years. In 2016, I decided to chase my dreams and follow my heart to dedicate my time purely to freelancing, specialising in bridal and glam makeup.
 

My “REAL” Job is makeup artist, but I am also a Registered Nurse casually. I quit a permanent nursing position so I could focus all of my attention on building my name in makeup. I have gone on to study further and specialise in cosmetic nursing as I found it only fitting as I love the more beauty based and creative/aesthetic side to nursing.
Let this be said… NEVER stop chasing your dreams and working on your flow, you CAN do it all.

 

I LOVE all things shiny, sparkly, glowy and dewy and if you are here you may too! My makeup technique involves creating a flawless and fresh feel to all makeup bases, I love the feeling of not being able to feel makeup on the skin so I try to assure this with all of my applications. I make you up without it being too heavy or too dramatic. I would consider my style fresh and glowing glam. In saying this I will cater to your needs, I will listen to what you require and work with you to create the look you seek, whether that may be a heavier look or more natural and light makeup. I am adaptable.
